Armpit to Armpit measurement. Half Chest measurement!
This is the way we recommend most of the time as its the easiest way to determine size. We physically get the product, lay it flat and measure from arm pit to arm pit.
The best way to be sure what your size is to get a shirt that fits you well, and simply do that... measure from arm pit to arm pit. Be sure it is nice and flat and not bunched up!
