New Zealand
For most destinations within New Zealand we can deliver your order overnight, provided the garment is ordered before 1pm and in stock. All orders are sent as signature required so if no one is going to be home we suggest sending to a business address.
If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn’t arrived please check your letterbox, as the Courier may have tried to deliver but found no one home, and will have left a note to this effect. You can then contact Courier Post to arrange re-delivery.
We can offer a non-signature required service, however we do not recommend this option for security and insurance reasons. It will be at your own risk.
Please call us if your need is urgent and we will do our best to get your order processed quickly.
Rural deliveries take an additional 1 - 2 working days.
Saturday deliveries are possible but not guaranteed or recommended and do incur an additional charge.
Australia
For the main Australian cities delivery takes 3 – 6 working days door to door and is sent by courier.
Orders sent to any P.O BOX addresses are sent via post and are not able to be tracked and delivery updates are not available. Outside the main cities 3 - 10 working days is normal. If you want to know the status of your order simply email us and we can advise. sales@bigandtall.co.nz
USA and Europe
For main cities delivery takes 3 - 10 working days. Please add 4 working days if outside main cities.
The rest of the world
If you live elsewhere and would like to order, delivery may be possible. Payment options vary from country to country so please contact us and we can advise suitable options. sales@bigandtall.co.nz
Returns
Need to return a garment? No problem.
Garments purchased from the store for personal or family use can be returned within 7 days provided they are returned in new condition and have not been worn. Garments must have labels attached and / or are in original packaging. Items must be able to be returned to stock and sold as a new item. Please remember to complete the return form.

Please note: If garments are not returned in the above condition we reserve the right not to refund and return costs will be charged.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, we highly recommend using a track and trace courier service (The Post Office can do this for you, simply as for a track and trace Courier bag, and return to our address, ATT: Returns.

Payment
We accept payment by Credit card, PayPal and International money transfer.
For security reasons, we need to able verify your address before we can process credit card or PayPal orders. In most cases this is easily done and requires no additional contact or delay.
If we are unable to verify this, we may request additional identification which could include a copy of your drivers license or other document with your name and address. This is done to protect all parties so please do not be offended if we ask for this information. This can be photographed or scanned and emailed or sent via fax.
An alternative option is International money transfer where the order value is paid into our account.
For new customers outside countries below, we will also ship to you, however may require payment by International Money transfer.
For existing customers living in other countries (outside those listed below) we will ship to you with normal credit card payment facilities.

Payment via credit card is done through "Payment Express" as they offer the most secure method of payment with banking level security. No card information is kept on our system and is only processed via either PayPal or Payment Express. Both methods offer the very highest grade SSL security.
