Delivery within New Zealand & Australia

New Zealand

For most destinations within New Zealand we can deliver your order overnight, provided the garment is ordered before 1pm and in stock. All orders are sent as signature required so if no one is going to be home we suggest sending to a business address.

If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn’t arrived please check your letterbox, as the Courier may have tried to deliver but found no one home, and will have left a note to this effect. You can then contact Courier Post to arrange re-delivery.

We can offer a non-signature required service, however we do not recommend this option for security and insurance reasons. It will be at your own risk.

Please call us if your need is urgent and we will do our best to get your order processed quickly.

Rural deliveries take an additional 1 - 2 working days.

Saturday deliveries are possible but not guaranteed or recommended and do incur an additional charge.

Australia

For the main Australian cities delivery takes 2 – 4 working days door to door and is sent via FedEx courier. Outside of the main cities delivery times are normally 3 - 5 working days. All FedEx orders are fully trackable and tracking codes are supplied via email.

Orders sent to any P.O BOX addresses are sent via post and are not able to be tracked and delivery updates are not available. Outside the main cities 3 - 10 working days is normal. If you want to know the status of your order provided you have got had your order sent to a P.O BOX you will have received a FedEx tracking number and a tracking link on the FedEx website, there you can track the status of your order. Delivery to USA, Canada, UK & the rest of the world.

Shipping to the USA, Canada and the UK - Delivery times to main cities are around 6 - 10 working days. Currently order tracking is not available. Shipping and payment options can vary from Country to Country. Prices to International destinations are as shown less 15% GST
For security reasons, shipping to new customers living in regions outside those stated above is generally only possible if you have a verified ID and shipping address or payment is made by international money transfer.

For existing customers however, we are able to offer shipping to countries outside those stated above and can accept payment by credit card or PayPal. For any questions regarding shipping to countries outside of USA, Canada & UK please send us an email and we can talk about the options with you.

Returns

Need to return a garment? No problem.

Garments purchased from the store for personal or family use can be returned within 7 working days provided they are returned in new condition and have not been worn. Garments must have labels attached and / or are in original packaging. Items must be able to be returned to stock and sold as a new item. Please remember to complete the return form.

Please note: If garments are not returned in the above condition we reserve the right not to refund and return costs will be charged. Refunds are refunded to the original payment method.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, we highly recommend using a track and trace courier service (The Post Office can do this for you, simply as for a track and trace Courier bag, and return to our address, ATT: Returns.
