Has my order been sent yet?
You can check the status of your order on your account page on the BeggsXL website or if your order has been shipping via Courier you will receive an email from them with your tracking information enclosed. Or you could always just send us an email and we will let you know ASAP.
Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We do accept most major credit cards around the world, but if your card wont process we do offer a PayPal payment option for our clients or internet banking.
A product I wanted has just sold out, are you getting more in stock?
