Delivery within New Zealand
For most destinations within New Zealand, we can normally deliver your order overnight, provided the garment is ordered before
1pm and in stock. All orders are sent as signature required so if no one is going to be home we suggest sending to a business address. If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn’t arrived please check your letterbox, as the Courier may have tried to deliver but found no one home, and will have left a note to this effect. You can then contact Courier to arrange re-delivery. Please call us if your need is urgent and we will do our best to get your order processed quickly, but please be aware that delivery is handled by a courier company. For all deliveries, we recommend that orders are placed in plenty of time to allow for courier errors or delays. Rural deliveries can take an additional 1 - 2 working days. Saturday deliveries are possible but not guaranteed or recommended and do incur an additional charge. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days please check tracking information provided in case a delivery error has occurred. If sending to a business address please note the name of the company as this will reduce the chance of courier error.Please note this policy can change without further notice

Australia & The south pacific
For the main Australian cities delivery takes 3 – 4 working days door to door and is sent via courier. Outside of the main cities, delivery times are normally 3 - 5 working days. All couriered orders are fully trackable and tracking codes are supplied via email. Orders sent to any P.O BOX addresses are sent via post and are not able to be tracked and delivery updates are not available. We recommend not using PO Boxes if at all possible. Outside the main cities 3 - 5 working days is normal. If you want to know the status of your order, provided you have not had your order sent to a P.O BOX you will have received a Vertical tracking number and a tracking link on the FedEx website. There you can track the status of your order. If you do not have this info please simply email us / call us and we can advise, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note sending via courier is expensive however this service does get to you quickly and is
trackable and actual cost is normally higher than what we charge.
Rest of the world
For a variety of reasons we generally do not ship to countries outside of New Zealand,Australia and the South Pacific. If you are a new customer we may be able to supply, provided your name and address can be verified and payment made by Paypal or international bank transfer. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to explore this option. For existing customers however, we are able to offer to ship worldwide and can accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Shipping options to other countries may have been disabled, however if you are an existing customer please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise the best shipping options.
