Need to return a garment? No problem. Garments purchased from the store for personal or family use can be returned within 7 working days provided they are returned in new condition and have not been worn. Garments must have labels
and / or are in original packaging. Items must be able to be returned to stock and sold as a new item. If items are poorly packed or badly crumpled we reserve the right to decline a refund or offer a partial refund to cover cleaning and pressing charges. Please remember to complete the return form. Please note: If garments are not returned in the above condition we reserve the right not to refund and return costs will be charged. Refunds are refunded to the original payment method. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, we highly recommend using a track and trace courier service (The Post Office can do this for you, simply ask for a track and trace Courier bag, and return to our address below
