Our size charts show the actual half chest measurement on each upper body garment
Take an existing garment which fits you well, lay on a flat surface, then measure from arm pit to arm pit. This gives you the half chest measurement.
Use this measurement to select the best size option for you from the size chart, which shows half chest measurements.
How to measure your shirts & jackets
A bit more about sizes & fittings for trousers and shorts
When ordering trousers do the same thing as for a top but measure the garment across the waist
This gives you the half waist measurement. Double this to get your correct waist size.
For example, if the half size measures 60cm, order a 120cm waist
For stretch jeans you can usually order 1 or 2 sizes smaller than normal.
Business trousers do not generally stretch so base your size on the actual measurement
The size charts provide a guideline for sizes.
If you are a regular customer you can see your purchase history and if things haven't changed, then previous brands and sizes should be the same.
